Corresponding symptoms
Retinitis pigmentosa is a chronic blinding disease in humans, with a clinical incidence of 1/4000. The treatment effect and prognosis are both very poor, and it can ultimately lead to blindness in patients. The pathological characteristics of retinitis pigmentosa (RP) mainly lie in the progressive degeneration of photoreceptor cells.

Therapeutic principle
Transplanting RPCs derived from pluripotent stem cells to protect the structure and function of the retina in RP patients.
